We aim that each resident/patient care provided for within a Rushcliffe Care Group will receive individual care based on our philosophy.

The homes and units are for living in. We aim to provide Quality Care in a Homely and Therapeutic environment with meaningful outcomes for each resident/patients.

This includes:

• Involving residents in their care where desired
• Respect for residents, relatives and each other, enhancing life for all of us, and promoting respect and value for all individuals, irrespective of age, sex, race, religion or ability / disability (mental or physical)

Rushcliffe Care will aim to deliver exceptional quality standards of health and social care to all our residents. We will aim to meet our commitments to our residents with enthusiasm, love and energy throughout our Company and value all contributions from residents, their families and of our staff. We are regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) under the 2002 Act. Ask the Care Manager for the complaints procedure. (see Care Manager for information and address). Any unresolved complaints or queries should be directed to the local CSCI office. We aim to deal with any complaint fairly, professionally, quickly and appropriately.
