Commenced Company Business in 1989 and has successfully grown it from 56 beds to now well over 1000 beds including a wide portfolio of diverse services (Mental Health, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Childrens as well as Old Persons: Nursing & Residential).
He leads on strategy & finance, new projects and builds.
Surjit is totally committed to operating a Premier Healthcare Quality Service across the UK.
Group Operations Director - K Watson
A dual qualified nurse by background, who holds many management qualifications.
Karen’s passion is focussed on developing and maintaining quality services throught the Rushcliffe Care Group.
One priority is upskilling the workforce by both internal and external accredited courses. This enables the employee group to be able to deliver Quality in whichever setting they are employed within.
Karen’s brief is to wholly cover the Group’s direction in terms of Operations and Human Resources and she reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board.
She is ably supported by a small Senior Management and Admin Team.
