Rushcliffe Care Group
Situated within the Loughborough area, Rushcliffe Care Training Centre, provides an Induction programme for all new employees, no matter which department they are working in. We then go on to provide a wide range of courses/study sessions to assist our staff in fulfilling their personal/professional needs, in line with statutory requirements (Care Standards: Regulation 30). In addition to our own courses, we are also able to provide, Health & Safety Certificate and Basic Food Hygiene Certificate with approval from the Royal Society for Public Health.
The Centre is also able to offer National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in Health and Social Care at level 2,3 and 4, Leadership and Management for Care Services level 4 and both the Certificate an Assessing Candidates using a range of methods (A1) and Certificate in Conducting Internal Quality Assurance of the Assessment Process (V1), as we are an accredited provider, with City and Guilds.
We also hold recognition to provide an approved adaptation training programme for overseas qualified staff who seek UK nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration approval to practise within the United Kingdom.
