We aim that each resident/patient/young person's care provided for within a Rushcliffe Care Group home will receive individual care based on our philosophy.

Our Philosophy of Care.


The homes and units are for living in. We aim to provide Quality Care in a Homely and Therapeutic environment with meaningful outcomes for each resident/patients/young person.

This includes:

  • Maintaining the privacy, dignity and self esteem of all our residents/patients/ young person.
  • Giving residents freedom of choice wherever practical
  • Involving residents in their care where desired
  • Respect for residents, relatives and each other, enhancing life for all of us, and promoting respect and value for all individuals, irrespective of age, sex, race, religion or ability / disability (mental or physical)

Rushcliffe Care will aim to deliver exceptional quality standards of health and social care to all our residents. We will aim to meet our commitments to our residents with enthusiasm, love and energy throughout our Company and value all contributions from residents, their families and of our staff. We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Ask the Care Manager for the complaints procedure. (see Care Manager for information and address). Any unresolved complaints or queries should be directed to the local CQC office. We aim to deal with any complaint fairly, professionally, quickly and appropriately.

Rushcliffe Care also facilitates an overseas nurses learning program. (approved by NMC and linked to the university of Northampton.)

This is delivered by our Training Centre located in Leicestershire and has been operating for over 10 years with proven success rates.

A vacancy has arisen at Partridge Care Centre for a Full Time (40 hours) Physiotherapist.
