Highfield Hall New resident’s meetings
Activity co-ordinators have been introducing new accessible resident’s meetings to help residents with more profound complex needs engage better on how they advocate to us about their home, environment, activities and general information. Informed choice is important to us the hall and even though some residents do not have capacity to understand, we still help them attend the meetings and involve them as best as we can.
