It’s a WRAP! – Exciting times at The Hall, all staff are currently being trained in WRAP and the Strenghs model, and the time table for the year is bursting at the seams, last week we got involved with national Art day in care homes, our residents wrote poems, made cards and did lots of painting, I think we may have some budding Picassos.
Our time tables are directed by the residents and I can tell you bingo is a winner, every resident has there own WRAP plan (if they want one) and staff support residents to manage there everyday plans and encourage responsabilty and salf directed care planning. community inclusion is so important here at The Hall and we are building relationships with voluntary organisations and collages.
