Thorpe House Dignity Award
As a staff team we are all Dignity Champions and Dignity is ‘Everyone’s business’. To lead the team – we have appointed Dignity Champions in Sadia Akhtar and Rudy Comoderro – one of our nurses and one of our care team leaders.
The whole team strive for excellence in care and we treat all our residents, each other and any other visitors with Respect and Dignity. We follow the Dignity Charter, which outlines the 10 Dignity Actions.
