Here at beaumanor, we are getting ready for Halloween! We are going to have a party on 26th for the residents and thought it would be a good idea to make some decorations in arts and crafts. Turns out it was a good call, as the decorations we made were brilliant! Well done to the ladies that took part. We also have a Tombola running at the reception area. Due to covid, we have been unable to fundraise for the residents fund as we usually would, so thought it would be a nice idea do do a little tombola. Staff have been enjoying taking part and so have relatives who are visiting the home. We have also been enjoying other activites such as bingo and the continuing “You exist” project. We of course get our furry residents Edward and Ping the guinea pigs out often which all residents love. Our hairdressing room is having a bit of a re vamp, but we still have the hairdressers in twice a week and residents have also enjoyed getting manicures from our activity staff.
