To achieve these qualification these individuals have needed to demonstrate, and evidence, their compassion and care for those who depend on their honesty and reliability. By demonstrating that they can apply knowledge, theories and skills in their own work setting, they have shown that they can be counted on as role models for future diploma candidates.
